Our sweet Jovi Jelly Bean
Our little Jelly Bean is such a model, not to mention she has an awesome Aunt Reesa or as she calls her "watsee" who has such a talent taking pictures. Jovi is such a joy in our lives and I could not imagine seeing this sweet face everyday! I love that I have the opportunity to be home with my sweet children everyday. She is such a big help to mommy and she is truly a little mommy. I was looking at old pictures of when Bennett was just weeks old and we have so many where she is reading to him, she still does that, she will sit on his rocking chair with him and read to him and he LOVES it. She is also our little reminder to almost everything, if we got ready for bed without reading our scriptures she is quick to remind us, she is heaven sent. She also has learned to pray very well and slips things in her prayers like, please bless we can go to the park and have treats and watch a show. What can we say, WE LOVE HER!!!!
Antelope Island
Jared and I took the kids out to Antelope Island, this was a first for all of us , and I have to say we enjoyed our day! Jovi stripped down to her cami and panties and was swimming all around and and the look of true bliss on her face. She is such a sweet free spirited little girl. Bennett enjoyed the water as well until he fell face first into the water and he was DONE! not to mention he has super sensitive skin and broke out in a rash from the salt water :/ poor little guy.
It was really exciting for the kids to see the buffalo or as Jovi would call them "buckalo"! We took the drive on the island to see the ranch and on our way back we found this beauty on the side of the road. Loved to see them so close.
It was not a super warm day but we enjoyed sitting on the beach eating our packed lunch and of course the kids enjoyed feeding the Seagull's. We Loved our afternoon enjoying our "backyard" and feel a little guilty we have lived so close to this beautiful area and have taken so long to enjoy it. We will be going back again soon!
