Bennett's outdoor essentials (below Jovi )
Last week the kids and I drove down to St. George with Jared's Aunt Corinne to visit Grandma Judy for the week. Jared came down to spend the weekend with us in a nice tiny plane and thought he was going to die, not sure if the fear was from flying in a small plane with propellers he sat next to, or if it was from the bad smelling person with bologna breath, either way he made it to St. George alive and we enjoyed a wonderful weekend together. We started off our first night going to to Cafe Rio, both NeNe (Aunt Corinne) and Momma Judy were Cafe Rio virgins, so it was fun to see them get excited about this place, needless to say they will be returning! (I am also really bad with pictures so I did not capture this wonderful first moment). We woke up early the next day and hit up the outlet mall, I got some really cute shoes and the are super comfy which is much needed when pregnant :)We had lunch at a yummy Mongolian restaurant but I have to stay it was the WORST service I have ever seen in my entire life!!!!!!! this crazy old lady saw that Jovi and spilled some of her rice and came over right away (mind you we are just minutes into eating our food) and moved her high chair and started vacuuming the mess and hitting my feet with her nasty vacuum so she could clean under them and it goes on and on but I wont bore you with all that! Saturday we hit up the farmers market at Tuacahn it was beautiful with the red rock as our background We also took Jovi and Bennett to the animal shelter so they could walk the dogs, we went to a splash pad and the kids were in heaven! and Sunday made our nice drive home. As much as we miss having Judy so close to us, we love having a beautiful place to come visit! She is an amazing host and the sweetest mother-in-law anyone could ask for!!!

Time to get back in the blogging world...
So I have reached a point in my life, and I knew this was going to happen.... I am over Facebook! So with that said, I decided to find a new addiction so I thought I would give the blogging world another chance. Lets see how well I stay on top of it :). and where to begin.
New things in our life...
We currently have 2 beautiful children and another on the way (I know we are crazy, but we love it)
Jovi is the funniest little 3 year old I know. She learns way too fast and this mommy is having a hard time keeping up with her. She is the sweetest little girl I know and such a mommy, and a big help with her little brother Bennett. Her favorite things right now,
Favorite movie: Tangled
Favorite show: Jake and the Neverland Pirates
Favorite activity: She loves to run and jump on everything, as much of a princess she is, she has a touch of tom boy in her that we love! she is really good at kicking a soccer ball around and loves to dig in the dirt.
Favorite cereal: Frosted mini wheat's (I know strange for a 3 year old)
She loves to dress herself and wants to wear a dress everyday and tries to convince you to wear a dress also. She is the oldest in her nursery class at church and loves to help all the little kids, she has such a kind heart and I look up to her sweet spirit. A true blessing in our family
Bennett is a busy 1 1/2 year old and I can't look away for a second or else he will be gone! He is a runner and is very independent unless mommy is around. He is such a BOY one of his first words was "football" he would sleep with it if we let him and every morning he wakes up and asks for his football, with that said he has such a tender side to him he loves to play with his sisters babies and will rock them and burp them and kiss them but the second you acknowledge how sweet he is being he will chuck the baby :) Each night as we end family prayer he is eager and jumps up to hug each family member, I am grateful for such wonderful children.
Jared and I are truly blessed to be parents and enjoy each day. I currently stay at home and Jared is enjoying his job with Smart Move advantage. We don't have a perfect life but we try everyday to do our best.
